4. Consideration of Placement of Properties on the Study List of prospective historic landmarks. a. Park Avenue section of the Pineville Mill Village, Pineville, N.C. The Town of Pineville has agreed to pay one-half ($2000) of the fee for a Survey and Research Report. If the property is placed on the Study List, the HLC would be agreeing to pay one-half of the cost ($2000).
